You've reached the home page... the site is designed to work with Firefox 2/3 and Chrome but can also be viewed decently with Opera 9. Not sure, nor do I care, what it looks like in IE. You shouldn't be using such crap browsers anymore. ;o (Let me know if it looks bad in Safari or random other non-IE browsers)

Keep in mind that it's likely many stores won't have it until tomorrow.

That's right, EXE is back in a new game coming to the DS in 2009... and it's bringing RnR along with it.

Announced at the end of World Hobby Fair 2009 and titled Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star, details will be revealed in the September (August) issue of CoroCoro.

Two quick bits of news:

Mega Man Star Force 3 will have English voice acting to replace the Japanese clips, as can be heard in this video.

Secondly, Capcom will be selling a DS/DSi kit based off SF3 on June 16th. The official description is:

"The DSi kit comes with Limited Edition MegaMan Laser enscribed PolyCarbonite Console Case w/ secret 3 Game Storage Shelf, Graphic Screens, Three 2-in-1 SD Card and Game Cases, Precision Stylus, 2-in-1 Screen Cleaner Wrist Strap with Retro 8-Bit MegaMan + 1GB SD MEMORY CARD."

Incidentally, Capcom Unity have donated three of these to The Mega Man Network's Star Force contest. Details of the contest can be seen on their site.

English MMSF3 Site Opens
[8 comments]Posted by GSR on 04-23-2009 at 07:50 PM

Continuing my habit of using my off-and-on-functioning computer to regurgitate whatever news post Protodude has posted, the English Megaman website has updated with an SF3 section.

The section includes info on the characters, storyline, and systems, and confirms several English names: Akatsuki Shidou is now A. C. Eos, Spade Magnets is now Spade Magnes, and Dia Iceburn is now Diamond Ice. The Satellite Server has also been translated.

The site also confirms a release date of June 30th, 2009.

Amusingly, the site is somewhat poorly formatted with typos here and there and the unfortunate side effect of listing Queentia's name as Queen Tia (though this may be intentional) and giving Solo's full name as "Geo Solo." There's also a few areas that use JP names.

Might want to work on that, Capcom.

CoroCoro boss winner, MMSF3 delay?
[0 comments]Posted by GSR on 04-13-2009 at 06:51 PM

Various bits of news have cropped up the past few days.

CoroCoro has announced the winner of its competition, "Clock Genius." However, the game it is for is listed as "undecided."

Gamestop has revised their MMSF3 date to June 30, 2009, while GameFly has it as July 2nd, 2009.

honestly I really don't even need to bother putting that anymore :P

April Fools

As I somewhat suspected, the news post I posted earlier about new info in the RnROC was an April Fool's Joke. You can see the fake scan at Protodude's Rockman Corner if you want.

EDIT: ...And now even that's gone, replaced by something much more silly. Go on, have fun, it's April Fools' after all.

Tentative MMSF3 Release Date

Gamestop's page for MMSF3 states the game is due to be released June 9th, 2009. Of course, this is a retailer page, so take it with several grains of salt.

Capcom has added more Wave Masters videos to the Japanese RnR3 site.

While I personally don't care, you might and since most people come here for the news... there you go

Kudos to Protodude.
